My mate had the same Bio ( or something very similar, can't remember ) over a year ago and he never got banned for it. You must have done something to attract Microsofts attention or been reported a lot.

You were banned because you thought it was funny to make sexual references. Even if it wasn't directly implied, it was still very much noticeable and you were reported for your bio being offensive.

It is against their TOS to give you too much information, They give you enough to correct what you did wrong and then its over. If it is a TOU Violation, they don't give you any information.
