How are kids getting actual money or games on demand on xbox with what they claim the msp they got from the promotion. I thought games on demand can only be purchased with actual money. Can you convert your points to money? idk. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Think you need to have the xbox dashboard beta, not entirely sure though.

If you have the beta dashboard Microsoft points convert to money and it adds it to your Microsoft account. Ms points are gonna be retired at the end of the year but beta dashboard users get it early c:.

You can purchase games on demand with any dashboard and have been able too for a hell of a long time. When you click to purchase the game at the bottom it says "press X to pay with ms points" so click X and it will change the price into ms points.
