1) When you open your new launcher go to edit profile
2) At the bottom of edit profile, tick "JVM Arguments" under the Java Settings
3) It should say by default "-Xmx1G", the 1G means 1 Gig of ram allocated to minecraft.
4) Then replace the 1G to 4G, you don't have to use 4G you could use any number
5) Finally just hit save profile and play minecraft.
Don't get what I mean? here's a video to help you all out!
