Great server, not as popular as it deserves to be.
I'd say Towny and Chestshop would be great plugins to have, it would allow players to make functioning towns and expand further on survival.

Spleef and paintball would be nice minigames to have to keep people entertained and allow friendly communication between minecrafters.(EDIT: Just remembered that these were coming soon.)

A Skyblock store would be nice, Could have achievements that give you a currency (possibly golden nuggets?) and they allow you to buy stuff.

The staff are great, friendly, helpful, and listen to the community.
(could have a couple more mods since you only have one.)

currently, I'd give this server a 7/10, could quite easily improve though
