More cores doesn't mean better performance.

You can get an intel CPU which will cost a little more, however uses a cheaper motherboard an doesn't need an aftermarket cooler, which will perform the same when the 8320 is overclocked, generating less heat meaning less overall heat in the case meaning cooler airflow through the graphics card meaning no throttling due to high temperatures meaning better gaming performance. For less. Oh and less power consumption.

At the end of the day, if you want something that sounds good and overclocks, get the 8320. If you want something that performs well, generates less heat, gives better gaming performance and costs less overall - get Intel.
