Hey guys, this may be crazy idk.

Me and 4 other friends have got a small place so were pretty much calling it a small team house where were not living because it isn't really a house, but electric etc gets put to it. Anyway we'll be wanting to stream League at 720P and pretty much only League. We are on a budget so we'd like the prices low BUT still good performance rigs (were not really bothered about the price, but it would help to be as low as possible because were only on low pay jobs and we have to pay for this small place etc) which will allow us to stream at 45FPS and play at more whilst being in game still. Any suggestions on a rig which we can build 5 times lol. It would also be cool to have something which would run at a low temp under full load due to being run for a while per day and people always being in there it would be real hot in that room if not, but if not then we can invest in fans for the room I'm sure
