Hey TTG. I recently got gifted gold, and now I can actually do another giveaway, but this time on the public forums.

I'm really picky about who I pick, so this WILL have a form to fill out. I'll post the rules afterwards and how this will work.

For anyone thinking that this is a lot of work, remember, you are getting a free 6$ product by simply showing some effort. I think it's a pretty fair deal, no? Anyone could win.

Rules:
-Up vote for people you agree with (whether it be themselves, or others) and I would prefer no down voting. (I'm assuming this would be against the rules, this would be a better system however.) *Please do this, it'll make my choice much easier.*
-A winner from each page will be chosen based on the amount of upvotes/multiple mentions. If people are tied, they can be carried over.
-Only enter once.
-If you are mentioning someone else and remember another user, edit the post if the page you posted on isn't closed, otherwise post again.
-Depending on the amount of funds I have available, 1 or more people will be gifted. At least 1 will happen from the top people.
-I work full time, I have little time to search through posts, so be patient and remember to keep discussion that doesn't involve this topic to a minimum, this will require more work from me, and I won't be very happy.
-This will end at 7 pages or when the posts slow down, meaning a max of 7 people will win, and a minimum of two will be gifted right away. If I can't gift anyone over two, I promise, when my next paycheck comes in, you will be gifted.
-Last but not least, non-gold members DO take precedent over gold members. If someone is already gold, you have a slightly lower chance to win, this way everyone has a chance to have gold at some point!

Answer: Downvoting ISN'T as prominent as you'll think, I'll keep an eye out. Don't worry about this hindering someone from winning. Keep using it, as long as it doesn't get out of hand, and everything will be fine.
