xbdm.xex and xblstealth.xex you put as plugins into dashlaunch. The only reason you need to put cpukey.bin and kv.bin into root if your console is banned.

you mean banned since it would be a unbanned kv i would be putting in?

Thats not right. You only need to put the kv.bin and cpukey.bin on the root of the hdd, when you actual Jtag console is banned on Xbox Live. Then E-XBLS will flash it automaticly for you, so that you can connect to Xbox Live.

Yes. You need Gold membership of course. I know that E-XBLS spoofs Silver Accounts to Gold Accounts, but i dont know which games are supported. So if you wanna play Cod online, you definetly need a Regular Gold account. You can also use some Trial Codes. maybe 48 Hour Codes.
