I have an HP pavilion laptop and I forgot the charger at home. My father has a dell laptop whose charger fits into my computer. My only concern is in the voltage/watts differences between the charging bricks. My dads is 19.5, and mine is 18.5

Could this be harmful to the computer if I decide to charge my computer anyway?
