Well i kinda mest up my sleeping schedule really bad and its really annoying
like i stay up all night and sleep all day.
please give me suggestions on what i should do.

put the controller down... lol i did this once and had to stay up for the whole day after the night being up then slept at about 6pm and woke at 10am. worked for me.

The way I fix my sleeping schedule is simply stay up all night, then stay up as much as possible the next day and hopefully you fall asleep late enough so that you sleep until the following day. My sleeping pattern is always messing up so I have to do this quite a lot.
