i am on a windows XP laptop and i have been trying to play some games in which it tells me my graphics driver is out of date. i know it is not because when i go to the website it tells me my graphics driver is up to date, i have the intel(R) 4 series express chipset family.

Maybe what it is trying to say is your graphics card isnt good enough or too old.
If your playing on a Windows XP laptop still, the chances are its not within 3 or so years new.
If your trying too play on some of the newer games, even games like MW2 (2009)
it most defiantly wont run them.
