Every time I try to join a server using DayZ Commander or the server options in DayZ it tries to connect but a couple seconds later it says "Connecting Failed" to every server I try to join. Two days ago I could join any server at ease. Everything is up to date. Anybody have a fix?

Do you have any extra mods enabled in Arma 2, such as rMod? Try disabling everything but @DayZ. Also, try joining a game without initializing through DayZ Commander.
If that doesn't work, I have no clue what to tell you. Apparently a lot of people are getting this issue.

This can happen if you're using a cracked version or if you're joining a server that is not up to date or has a cracked version as well.
I remember having the issue as well, I resolved it by just trying to connect to the same server multiple times and eventually it worked and I did not have the issue on other servers. This might be related to some kind of cache. Or you've just been banned for hacking by EyeZ.

Just bought it off of Steam so it's not cracked, and didn't hack anything.
