your required to have

-Good call out
-Good K/D higher than 1.40
-Must have a mic
-Older than 15 years old
-General knowledge of the game
-Must be a team player
-Understand the spawns
-Able to rotate on Hardpoint
-Have good communication skills
-Must have a good/semi decent connection
-Have good experience
-Residence in the UK ( for the connection issue to be prevented )
-Stay on the xbox for a long time
