Windows 7 will shutdown randomly 3-8 times a day... really really frustrating, anyway is there a way to fix it or is it my RAM? My RAM is Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3

There are a couple reasons for this but the main ones are overheating and viruses maybe other possible hardware failures.

Does the fan make a lot of noise?
Does your computer show any signs of a virus?

Solution would be to try remove every piece of hardware from the motherboard especially RAM and re-insert it one by one. Try scanning your system for viruses as I used to build something similar which would shut down about 10 times a day.

No My fans are quiet and I am 99.9% sure I don't have a virus...but I think I will remove every piece of hardware. Thanks for the help!
