I have done that but it is not on my hard drive it wont go on thats the problem.

Its because his account has security probs. Have him/her change the email on the account, or even easier, have the person login to the account on whatever domain it may be, and verify the account once more. I believe thats the issue

clear your system cache and turn off your xbox. or maybe you have the wrong password.
