So I didn't know which pc thread to put this in so I guessed here, I am in the market for a new keyboard as my current one is shining and keys are becoming spongy looking through various keyboard info I decided that a mechanical keyboard is the way to go for longer than 7 months lifespan >.<. I found a few that I liked and they were [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] money isn't a problem and I'm looking for quiet-ish light to press keys so probably red or browns so can anyone give any advice on which one to pick why or suggest an alternative. Thanks

Both of those are really loud clicky keyboards. A different version of the das keyboard isn't clicky, go with that one.

If you really want a quiet keyboard, Cherry MX Blacks are the way to go. The BlackWidow Stealth with its Cherry MX Browns are a good choice; they're quiet and still provide a tactile response, but not as quiet as the blacks, which have no tactile response.

You can't tell someone what kind of switch they'll like, but I usually recommend MX Browns to people who are new to mechanical boards and have no way to try the switches for themselves. They're a good midpoint between Blues and Reds/Blacks because they are light, tactle, and not clicky. A lot of people say the Blues are too loud and the linear Reds and Blacks don't seem to be what people are expecting from a mechanical board. Here's my keyboard guide/list:
