The best time period for Call of Duty was 2009 to 2010 in my opinion, we got the greatest game in the franchise, World at War, and Modern Warfare 2 was pretty fun too.

The early months of Call of duty MW2 where the true "Good old days" in my mind. The game was just so fun before 'trick shotting' started becoming common

I have to agree with you there. The hype for MW2 back in November 2009 was amazing. Also, I miss all the commentaries people like xJawz etc. used to make while playing MW2!

Everybody who says MW2 days were the greatest obviously never experienced the greatness of picking up the 360 on launch day, getting CoD 2, and just playing your new console with your buddies on the best CoD ever made (besides WaW) on launch day, and for weeks to come. I think I played that game every day until MW1. Oh the good ol days, when there was fun and skill.

persoanlly my favorite Call of Duty is WaW. I posted the intro to Call of Duty 2 because it was honestly the first game I got for Xbox 360 and enjoyed it so much.
