I was watching someone's stream earlier and they had a firesale and mule kick. I asked why was the firesale not going away and they told me it was a perma perk and that mule kick was some sort of super mule kick. The firesale stayed there until he died so i know that is legit. Idk if they were trolling or what. Figured I would ask the community and see if someone knows how to get these.
