First off I am unsure if you have to do this when you have the box perma perk. It was done when the box perma perk was active.
First move the box to whatever location you want it at. Then have Leroy stand in front of box. Give him candy and he will turn around and hit the top of the box knocking it into the ground. That's it.
When I seen this done they done it on round 2 and the box didn't move at all when they got to round 25.
If you don't know what the box perma perk is then just hit the box and keep taking your weapon. You may have to do it several times. After you take your weapon you will see a green puff of smoke. You will know you done it right when a teddy bear appears on the top of the box. I don't know what the box perma perk does for you, so if anyone has any ideas of what it does then please feel free to share your opinions.
