Need help finding some without having the burden of spending 1,000 and buying one from the saloon.

Locations I know:
Saloon

Any other locations where they may be found at?

From what I can tell, if it lets you pay 1k for a bottle then that's it for that round.

It only spawns in his cell or the saloon.
