I have been looking at this motherboard and i was going to pair it with an FX-8230. Is this motherboard extremely good? I didnt know if anybody out there that is viewing this had one of these particular motherboards and would like to share some insight on it.

It's great if you can use the features it has to offer, but since you're going for the 8320 instead of the better speed-binned 8350, I assume you won't be taking full advantage of the board's features. I'd recommend something more reasonably priced because money would be better spent on other parts of your build than the motherboard. The Crosshair V is best suited to people who will be using water or very high-end air cooling, two or more graphics cards, and aggressive overclocking.
