With the new kinect dash you'll get banned if you have a modded firmware even if you don't play burned games

they can NEVER directly detect the firmware, lxtreme 1.4 detections were caught because of bad response in the fw, which lead to proof of modded fw. Now ixtreme LT emulates original drives completely, (except the fact that it can play backups) so no detection is possible since it emulates all the response times etc.

but kinnect may change things, but i doubt it.
