I recommend getting the parts I listed because they perform better for less.

-The Seidon 120M performs like an H60, which is very mediocre and the cheaper TS140 should outperform it. There's a reason rarely, if ever, recommend sealed liquid coolers.
-The motherboard I recommended is cheaper and will perform identically.
-The memory I recommended went out of stock, so here's what I suggest instead: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
-More memory does not equate to more performance and if you can't use more than 8GB, (few do/can) there's no reason to get more.
-The 760 and 7950 perform at the same level but you should be able to get a 760 with a better cooler for less: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
-The SSD I recommended is much faster and has twice the capacity.
-The Be Quiet PSU I suggestedhas modular cables and it should be of better quality.

The build posted above looks good. I would go with low profile ram though.
