Honestly how can you say Lebron is better than Jordan?

MJ: 30.1 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 5.3 apg, 50% shooting, 33% three-point shooting. 6 championships, 5 MVPs, 10 scoring titles
LeBron: 27.6 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 6.9 apg, 49% shooting, 33% three-point shooting. 1 championship, 3 MVPs, 1 scoring title

I cant stand Bandwagoners

I can't stand people who can't get their facts right.

Look at it this way, when Jordan Left the Bulls to play baseball, the next year they MADE the playoffs. When LeBron left the Cavs, they dropped down to 20 wins and received the number one pick in the draft. Now you tell me, who was more needed for their team?

By the way if you're considering the age factor it won't work right do the years in the league James came straight out of high school while MJ played at college for 4 years.

I see how you bolded the number of MVPs.

MJ:5
Lebron:3

MJ had way more competition to win the MVP award in the 80's and 90's, look at the other winners
3x Magic Johnson
2x Karl Malone
2x Hakeem Olajuwon
Charles Barkley

MJ:5
Lebron:4 (Don't correct me if you don't know what you're talking about)

3x Magic Johnson
3x Larry Bird

LeBron has 4 MVPs bud. Became the 2nd player in NBA history to win 4 MVPs by age 28.

No I bolded it because you got your facts wrong. I like how you don't point out my other point about MJ and LeBron because you know that's the truth.

Also, MJ played at UNC for 3 years. He came to UNC in 1981 and was drafted in 1984. So he only played for 3 years.

illecism wrote wait when Jordan was 28.. as LeBron is ONLY 28?

or whole career?

@ the age of 28 LeBron has achieved a lot more than jordan.

im sure if you google you'll find out.
Jordan joined the league when he was 21, LeBron joined when he was 18.

Take off three years from LeBron's career and he doesn't even have his first ring.

I don't like to compare them though, I prefer waiting until people finish their career before we compare.

-SneakerHead- wrote I'd rather Jordan he's more of an all around player. LeBron is more athletic but I still would rather Jordan

Actually, I think lebron is the more "all around" player. Jordan scored a lot because he took, on average, 10+ more shots per game than Lebron. Lebron scores 30 pts a game in the finals and is one of the best defenders in the league. If you didn't notice, Lebron shut down Tony Parker. Jordan was the best of his tim just as Lebron is the best of his time. People don'y want anyone to be better and will probably never accept the inevitability that someone will always be better. I don't get why half of you guys even pick Jordan when I know for a fact you never saw him play because you're too young. I'm not saying you specifically but most people on the site.

I take Lebron James.
