I see a lot of people everytime you refresh your page or something they have a different avatar. how do you do that? will rep for good answer and if it works

Either they're just changing it constantly or it's GIF. but I don't think I've seen that.

Think it is one avatar? If that makes sense? It's meant to change every two seconds or something but on low connections or bad wifi it doesn't move until you refresh the page?

If you're a gold member you go to gold member extras on your profile and enable random avatars .

It's a set of java coding hosted on a website to automatically cycle the image each time there's a new connection to the page.
