title says all I need a CAM for my team for like 100k or less or a bit more thanks.

In your price range, probably nasri, has pace, dribbling, passing and a surprisingly good shot and also has high/low work rates which is great for a cam


I personally like kaka, pretty much like but he is a bit slower and has a great shot and has high/low work rates.

IMO I think kaka is the best NIF card under 100k for the cam position[/b]
