Im getting a error that says Flash config: 0x00000000 can not continue. Can anyone help me out here?

It will be one of two, either a bad soldering or southbridge issue. I assume you done this before and console connected to PSU on standby?

i did that now i am getting this error

Can you provide more details, such as a whole J-Runner log, OS & PC setup. Also a picture some pictures of the install would help.

Without more info I can only speculate, this might be an issue with drivers if your running a 64bit OS. I had a similar issue on my Windows 7 Laptop where it used to work fine in the past then just one day it decided to give me the timeout message. It still worked fine on my other Netbook with XP 32bit OS. Though a driver's repair on the laptop seemed to fix this problem but it keeps coming back every now and then.
