I guess no one thinks Baseball is the hardest. Which is harder than golf, tennis, and American football.

Rugby has got to top them all, excluding sports like wrestling, boxing, MMA and all that. For all you American guys that don't know what rugby is, think American football without any protective gear. No helmet, no shoulder pads, nothing.

In my opinion hockey. You have to skate, and if you lose your balance the fall could hurt. Also if you get into a fight you have to do that on ice.

To me it is Soccer, and Swimming. Soccer because it is an extremely wearing sport. Meaning that you go all out, running, sometimes full contact, for 80 Minutes. The only real break you get is at Halftime. Which is only about 5-10 Minutes. It is extremely hard, but if you excel in it, it's also the most rewarding.

Swimming, well because it's swimming. It's VERY mentally and physically challenging. It works your entire body, and is a very competitive sport. Only people who are mentally and physically trained will be able to compete in this sport.

Probably MMA(that's a sport). That probably does the most damage too. If not that then hockey or football.
