Hey guys,
I have wrote a program! Almost fully working only thing is it doesn't work in windows 7 or below... It only works in windows 8... I have changed the framework to 4 which most windows 7 computers will have installed but still no luck.
Any other ideas that might be causing this issue?

There are 2 different .NET Framework 4 profiles. The full one and the Client Profile.
Do you have an installation for the program? If you do, put the .NET Framework 4 as a pre-requisite then it should solve the issue.

Install the full one, then windows updates and it should work
