This is and easy TUT on how to lock lobbies for Black Ops 2 boosting or if you just wanna be host.
You will need to download UDP Unicorn

Also make sure you have some type of .rar file opener to open the file i use WiNRaR but you can use whatever.

Once you have UDP Unicorn downloaded run the .exe in the file that will be given.
Once that is open you will need to type
24.24.24.24 in the target slot
Then scroll the packet size to 20.0KB
Once you do that you go to your xbox and hover over the game mode you want to play and click attack on UDP Unicorn program give it a few seconds then press A on youe controller to select the gamemode. What it does is attacks your router to make your internet super slow. This forces you into you own lobby its hard for randoms to join but sometimes they can so you must quicky invite your friends to the game. Once everyone is in you can click stop attack and then your internet speed will go back to normal. I hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to message me on xbox my gamertag is:
