Ok, just to start things off, I know a lot of people are pissed about the Xbox One because it will need a connection every 24 hours (Or it loses it's ability to play games until reconnected) and games can only be lent to friends on your Xbox LIVE friends list (After one month) and only once per game. Don't worry, they have a good reason for this and it's in the gamers best interests!

ALWAYS ONLINE

First off, about the always online thing. You may have hear about "The power of the cloud" that they spoke very briefly about at E3. In a nutshell it's a service that will continue a lot of your games while you're not even playing them, even while your console is switched off. This can give a lot of survival games (Maybe even DayZ if it's ported to Xbox) a more genuine feel as the environment would have changed while you were gone (Just because you turn around, doesn't mean stuff doesn't happen behind you!) I may not have explained that bit too well but it will give a better feel to survival and RPG based games as with the better processing power than the 360, games may be really changeable to what they started as!

TRADE GAMES/LENDING GAMES (EDITED)

This, I'm not too sure about but I think it's about getting the publishers more money, this will give more publishers available to Xbox, keep it's exclusives up and make publishers work harder to create a better game! (EDIT) Turns out you can have 10 people in put into a list called "Family" that can use any game you have installed on your Xbox, even if it is a disc copy, they can download and play whenever they want, they don't have to be in the same house and can be across the world. This means we can share or lend our games to people on that list with no charges or fees, however, only one person can be using the game at a time!

ALWAYS KONNECTED (<-Get it)

Having the Kinect compulsory in the Xbox One may be creepy to a lot of people but they can easily cover it or switch it off in the Xbox settings. For those of you confused as to why this may be, then read on!
You are all familiar with games like Skyrim that allow you to give your character a unique face (Or even the Fallout series and other games too) I believe the Kinect will detect your face and it's features (Which is confirmed that it can do so) an will automatically create your character using the data from your face it acquires! Also it's used for Microsoft to kinda control mass publishing of films (I think only ten people are allowed to be in one room while a film is playing)

Anyway I hope this has helped a lot of people that are frustrated with the Xbox One and may change their perspective of it! See you later!

Simple fix. I'm sure most of us share our account info with our friends. So just download the game to your xbox, now it is in the cloud. Simply let your friend on your account and vise versa, you can try each others games.

How does that make publishers wanna work harder? Take the CoD Dev's for example. They don't put forth any sort of effort cause they know their fanboy base will love whatever shit they put out. No matter how broken it is.

What about having to Connect to LIVE every 24 hours? I don't play online everyday so there will be a high chance that my Xbox wont be on everyday so what is Microsoft going to do then?

yet there is a "shared game library" you can give 10 "family members" access to all your stored games. They don't even have to be family members, MS have said they can be 3000 miles away and still access the games library. The only downside to this is only one person can play a shared game at one time

I gave you rep for helping me understand the Xbox one better. I have always planned to get the Xbox one but there was a few things I was curious about.

most likely as soon as you connect/turn your xbox on after a day or two of not being online with it it will then search for the connection when you turn it on

You don't have to play everyday. Just whenever you wanna play you have to be connected to the internet. It's not every 24 hours even if you aren't playing.
