It will differ depending on what drive you have just look on youtube for a guide when you know what frive you have

Flashing drives on the Phats are fairly easy with CORRECT hardware.
Usb Pro, ck lite probe
Its downloading and burning the disks which are a Pain.
Decent branded disks
Proper burner (Ihas drive) for XDG3 Iso's
And loads of time.
