amazon has announced that they are nearly out of xbox one preorders for day one edition within 4 hours of going on sale, so currently xbox has the upper hand

+ on xbox you get Battlefield, and CoD maps a month early.

And something that has kind of went under the radar, PSN+ (equivilent of XBL gold) will cost more per month than xbox gold.
Xbox does cost $100 more, but you get 2 controllers (that are supposed to last 10 years), instead of just one, And it comes with kinect 2.0.

As for the used games policy, it is left up to the publishers, and several publishers(including ubisoft), have already confirmed that they will not have any restrictions.

SO now the PS4 fanboys are down to the once every 24 hour required internet connection...
For one, probably over 95% of people will have internet connection 100% of the time.
And if you can afford a $500 console, you should be able to afford internet... If you cant, in my opinion, you shouldnt be playing xbox, but rather working to make money/progress with your life.

I think the Xbox One takes it, the console looks all around better, despite the features not everyone likes, but the console has much more to offer.

Actually, the 24 hour connection is way to big for me. I am going out of town multiple times this summer for extended periods of time, and I won't ever have internet connection while I'm away. I can't do anything on the Xbox.
