At E3 today, Microsoft released that they will be selling a new xbox 360, smaller,faster and quitter available to buy, today for 299 dollars including Kinect.

personally I think this is pointless as everyone will be saving for the xbox one and will just play the xbox they own already. What are your thoughts about it?

That's most likely true it is a waste of money for Microsoft and they won't make alot of money.

All your doing is purchasing the same console with a diffrent case its exactly the same in my opinion

It's geared towards people that still don't have a 360. Such as people who have a PS3 or play the PC. Personally I would wait and get after the One because of the price drop. Im going to get a PS3 when the PS4 comes out so I can play it's console exclusives and it will drop in price a lot. Also this console has things my original xbox does not have such as more memory and built in wifi.
