Router Model: Dlink- DIR-615 I can portforward the ports that I need, Example here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

But when I go to Canyouseeme it says: Error, couldnt see your service, connection timed out.

I have no idea what to do next, is my ISP blocking port 43594?

Make sure you are forwarding the ports to the correct IP address on your private LAN.
The IP address that you have scribbled out should be the IP of the machine you are using, not your public IP address.

This is so your router knows that all connections coming in to your router at *Your public IP*:43594 will be forwarded to *Your machine's IP on your LAN*.

If you are on Windows, run IPCONFIG and copy the IPv4 address under your network card (should be 192.168.x.x, 172.x.x.x, or 10.x.x.x). Paste that address in the port forwarding section of your router config.

On Linux/OS X, run ifconfig and do the same

Also, make sure you've created a firewall rule to open that port.

What do you mean its your actual public IP?
In the picture byou posted, in the blacked out box that says "IP address", what are the first 3 numbers of the IP address you have there?

My ip that you see when you're a mod on a site or anyplace else, that IP, im using the correct IP address I've portforwarded before. My ISP has confirmed there are no restrictions on that port, my Router is the problem.

your router is not the issue, you are haveing a User Error with portforwarding.

check your systems local ipv4 address through cmd prompt or terminal
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
the take the Default Gateway(Router) IP and type that in your browser
you will see a login prompt open up. login with you routers account.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Click on the Lan Setup tab
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Go to Address reservation, click add select the local ip and mac address that your computer is using

Now click on Portforwarding/triggering
put in the ending digits of your local ip x.x.x.1-254
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

click add wait for it too add it then click on it and select edit service
then make a name for the service, select both protocols UDP+TCP put the port you want to use as both the start and end then click apply and save
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

now you can go to the start menu and either type in firewall or go to control panel and go into advanced firewall options and either open the service/PORT or if you are using a app/program you can select the allow program through firewall option and click on what ever program you are trying to let through.

you will now need to reboot/power cycle your router for the changes to take effect.

- though i dont think this is your issue, but some ISP's do block certain Ports from customers use, mainly to protect their own systems.like certain ISP email forwarding ports etc etc you cannot have the modem send to the router and forward cause the ISP's Gateway has prevented your Modem from being able to accept the line of traffic on that specific port or range.....

You DO NOT put your public IP in that box. It is for the IP address of your computer on your LAN. It will be either a 10.x.x.x, 172.x.x.x, or 192.168.x.x address. If it does not start with a 10, 172, or a 192 then YOU are doing it wrong.

Run IPCONFIG from a command prompt on the machine you are using. Copy that IPv4 address and use that to configure port forwarding on your router. It WILL start with either 10, 172, or 192.

if thats the case then i would think its a issue with your firewall or you have some type of Anti Virus that wants you to authorize the communication as well running on your system. that or you miss read the manual.
