I just wanted to know what your thoughts were on this little thing I made. If you could rate 1/10 and leave any suggestions for me to change that would be a big help.

Hmmm, is this a template?
Sure ive seen it alot.
Anyways, if not, i dont like the feel or colour of it, doesn't look very professional like a logo should.
Lighting isn't the best, and the drop shadow is way too big.
Font isn't the greatest, but do talk to 'Inkz' when making logo's, he is the expert, and im sure he can help you out.
Not a finished piece i'd say.

Yeah it is a template..I made one a long time ago...Nice try with the template...1/10 with templates but 5/10 with the actually logo..

The only thing that is wrong with this is probably
that the text is a plain colour. Try experimenting
with different colors and which will fit to the
Background. Also, Try to start not using templates.
