Nerd-Tech: Introduction
Our server is fairly new Tekkit Classic server hosted in the USA, although what we lack in maturity we make up in expreience from our staff team. We have set out a fair, exciting and intensive setup on our server which will allow our users to effectively play with ease. We have a variety of plugins such as Towny, MobArena and a fair banning system for the restricted Tekkit Blocks. To keep our server running we sell VIP (Donation) package with the plugin Buycraft which will automatically process, promote and give you your items.
Nerd-Tech: The workings of our server
Before you join our server, i'll give you some essential workings. The server is fully PVP and you are allowed to kill anybody who is in a PVP protected area. All mobs are enabled and are managed by a plugin called "Mobs", we can control the drops, attitude and aggression of the monsters. We have a forum in which our members can talk about current events on the server. Our server is hosted with 100 slots by VeryGames; this site is very supportive and will have barely any down-time.

The Rules
Note: Five warns = A ban
Note: Bans can be appeals @ the unban appeal section. Use the format.
Note: This is an 18+ server, fell free to swear or discuss adult conversations in chat (As long as it keeps with the rules)
1. No Trolling / Being generally stupid / Being a douche to other players (Punishment: Depending on the severity. 15 Minutes Jail Sentence - /ban)
2. No /TPA Deathmatching (Punishment: 15 Minutes Jail Sentence and a warn)
3. No Hacking (Hacked Clients, X-ray texture packs or anything that would be classed as hacking / something that would be used to grief) (Punishment: /ban)
4. No Advertising other servers in any chat: Do not post IPS, names etc (Punishment: /ban)
5. No pornography / Graphical content links in chat. (Punishment: Depending on the severity. 15 Minutes Jail Sentence and /warn- /ban)
6. No asking to be "OP" or any type of position on the staff team. (Punishment: 10 Minutes Jail Sentence - /warn)
7. Knowingly creating/duplicating etc. via hacks/exploits/etc. (/ban)
8. Knowingly not reporting someone who is ban evading - (/ban)
9. Knowingly not reporting someone who is hacking - (/ban)
10. Effecting how the server runs in any way (Punishment: Depending on the severity. 15 Minutes Jail Sentence - /ban)
11. Logging to avoid combat / death - (Punishment: 25 Minute Jail Sentence and a /warn)
Abide by these set of rules and you will be fine.
