Like is there any parts I could reduce to make it around $600-$650?

1) are you planning on overclocking ?? if your not going to overclock your CPU then you probably don't need that 'Cooler Master Hyper N520 43.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler'. As the CPU comes with its own stock cooler

2)Instead of buying one 8GB stick of RAM try finding a 2x4GB, it may be cheaper and will up your performance as RAM works faster and more effectively in pairs.

Cheaper and Haswell should do well at stock clocks. If anywhere, that's where it should stand out for desktops.
