Looking for someone that can make me a moving matrix number banner(Preferred color red but any will do) The ones I found here were cool but posted in 2010 the site said they had to be smaller can you edit there size like a norm picture with out it messing up in like gimp or something if so I can do that. Will rep max who ever helps.

best bet is graphics section try there i can't do graphics man are i would have helped you out but try there and see
