I am saving for a pc and I have been for a few months, I'm building it and I've watched Tek Syndicates guide to building a pc like 20+ times. I know step by step but what videos can't build it for me, I just wanna know, is it easy to break CPU pins, is it easy to crack your motherboard and is it easy to install the standoff screws for it? I don't wanna get all my parts and then break the cpu or something because that would be depressing.

It's easy to bend CPU pins if you're not careful, but the installation process is so straightforward that there's really no opportunity for the pins to be bent.

You'd have a hard time breaking a motherboard with flex. They're made to flex to an extent and the slots, electronics, ports, heatsinks, etc. are strongly attached to the PCB.

Standoff screws take no almost time or effort at all.

PC parts are much more rugged than people seem to think. If you use common sense, your build will go without a hitch.

If you just take it slow and make sure your doing everything correct it should be fine. Just don't be throwing things around, okay?

Most parts will only go into its socket one way, so my advice is to read the manuals for what you buy and take your time.

Read the manual when ploughing stuff into your motherboard and double check every thing before booting up and you should be alright.

I'm sure you'll do it fine as long as you are patient with it, if you are unsure about something research it
