Is Rooney effective as a CAM I've been thinking of using him there and wanna know if you guys have ever tried it and what he's like?

He will be there to assist you , his good shooting stats are being wasted .

But he is bad as a Striker due to his bad work rates.

I don't find him good at all in this game
