What is the estimated price going to be? I feel like it is going to be really expensive, at least at first. What do you think?

Shouldn't be to high. Estimated price would probably be around $400 - $500.

But yet again, I have no idea. That price just seems reasonable to me.

I do not know about you guys, but I am not sure if I will be able to fork out that amount of cash around Christmas time. That is why I made this topic, to see what other people thought/felt

How could you possibly know that? The price hasn't been revealed, don't pretend you know..!

OP: I think it will probably cost around $300-$400 after release, maybe a little more. I don't think the price will be too high.

Agreed.

Either way from what i've seen they want to turn this console completely towards family and not the person who actually wants to game.

Back to your post, I think the Xbox will start out at no less than the $499 price tag and most likely stay there for a year.

Maybe, but it comes with kinect, kinect must be 200 alone.
I'm guessing around 500 GBP :/
