Harpoon unlimited ammo?

Hey guys, I have a home run harpoon unlimited ammo but cannot drop it to duplicate? I have tried to trade it also, still does not work - both freeze the game and I have to eject disc ... Any ideas if someone tells me how to do it, I will gladly dupe it for them ... Thank you!
