I've bought Football Manager 2013 from Steam for Mac and have downloaded the Steam application. To install the game I have to create a Steam account, which i have done. I then have to log in, which is where I have problems. It says there is either a problem with my internet connection (which there clearly isn't) or with the Steam server. Furthermore, they do not have a proper customer support service, only an automated voice. I also have to post a question and wait for a response.

Has any one had this problem? I'm extremely fed up as I've just spent 30 to not be able to play a game. Steam need to work on their customer service because this is simply not good enough.
