I wouldn't say the Earth itself would evolve but rather life existing on Earth.
We hunt everything to extinction while demolishing everything in our path. I think it's possible animals could evolve to protect themselves from us. Maybe everything could grow overtime, they live in the ground or spikes grow from their flesh.
Interesting thought though, I like it.
