Hey Guys! First Off, I want to say that I spent almost 9 hours trying to get this to stick and it finally worked!
How to do it:
First Off, you can NOT be infected with the xp mods, and you can NOT be the first host of the game!
Next, when you have killed yourself maybe 40 times and your @ 15th 50 with Postivite cod points, you then have the original host leave. ALSO: YOU HAVE TO GET ALL OF YOUR DEATHS WHILE THE ORIGINAL HOST WITH THE MODS IS IN YOUR GAME! Ok, then when your host, back out when the TIMER IS DONE FROM THE HOST MIGRATION, as in 5,4,3,2,1, then when you can play again thats when you back out!
When you have backed out and have done the steps above ^, you will need to buy atleast 5 things such as, titles, classes, camos, emblems, attachments, face paints ect.
LAST THING: After doing steps above, like buying things and such, go to the main menu, and then back to multiplayer, if should have stuck! Alest it worked for me!

It's 4 deaths for level 50 and 24 deaths for positive cod points.
