so i just got my roxio hd pro today in the mail and everything works. But one thing. So when i go to the software it gives me for roxio HD pro, and i click record it has a bunch of fuzz everywhere and it looks terrible.. ive tried rendering in another software and it looks even more worse. But from what i heard is that i need to change my settings for the roxio hd pro software to something else but i dont have that option i only have one option and that is M2TS and ive tried uninstalling and installing it again but i have the same problem. thanks to all who help and i dont want to return this as i want to do youtube.
