The graphics card is really weak and wont be able to play that much even on low

upgrade the CPU i guess since i upgraded from fx-4170 that your socket is am3(+)?
if so upgrade to a AMD FX-8000 series and get a new gpu like the Radeon hd 7000 series

i write upgrade and remove on things that sucks and needs to be upgraded.
AMD Bulldozer FX 4100 Quad Core Processor / CPU running at 4.0Ghz ( remove, get Intel Core i5-3570K Processor, if you record, get i7-2700K)
16GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM (upgrade to 1600Mhz)
AMD / ATi HD 6450 Graphics Card With HUGE 2GB Dedicated DDR3 Graphics Memory ( get Nvida Geforce GTX 660TI, 670, 680 or titan.
1TB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive (Looks good)

AMD do not suck that depends on what the pc is for if its for pure gaming AMD will do fine! my amd build kick all my friends intel pc down to the center of the earth and its cheeper if you are going to do video rendring and shit go for intel
