So im not sure if this is the right section or not but a little while ago I bought a jtag for my moms house my account along with the jtag got banned while I was hosting on xbls. Later on that evening I was trying to get on my slim retail xbox there and got console banned. I was in the understanding that a slim on the same WAP ip address would get banned if you don't change it. well its been about a week sinces that's happened and I went to my dads house and tried to get on xbox. it said that I cant connect to xbox live and it console banned from xbox live. why would this happen and how would this happened. DO you think I could call Microsoft and figure this all out?? Please help..

Nope once you are console banned you are console banned sorry there is nothing you can do.

well how would this even happened at my moms house in Oregon currently Im in Washington I don't know how it would have gotten banned.

nope didn't even sign in to my account that was banned I was just turning it on and it wouldn't connect to xbox live so I tried fixing that first cause it has had problems in the past with connecting. and Boom banned I don't get it.

If you had your jtag and retail console on same connection yes its possible then took it somewhere else then signed in.
Even if it was a bit of a delay like 2-5 days.

my jtag is only a few 100 miles away from me right now. there is no way the xbox that just got banned and my jtag have met before
