Depends on what you want to do?! If you do not know, then either do not buy one (Save Money) or buy a Jtag since they are cheaper.

But the main difference...

Jtag = Have a limitation on the kernal (dashboard). So you need to have an older xbox.

RGH = More expensive since you need a "glitch chip" for it to work. However, you can have any sort of Nand or Kernal on the xbox. So their isn't much limitation besides not being able to go online!

However, they do the same thing. Run unsigned code.
